So far so good! everyone is friendly and very accommodating! Staying here for work and the main thing I was looking forward to is the hot tub! But unfortunately it's out of order as a sign on the door said...

love staying at this hotel, great breakfast,great room. we always stay here if they have openings.
Loved our stay at this hotel. Bed was super comfortable and the pool area was nice the hot tub was HOT. Loved every second of it. Decent breakfast and a super nice lady at the front desk. Would recommend!
At least room was nice and we were allowed to check in early. Pool area not so much. Whirlpool was luke warm and rules weren’t enforced at all. We had two kids under six playing in whirlpool with toys three feet from us splashing instead of in pool. We had to finally leave after 5:00. So much for a romantic anniversary get away...
I last minute decided to book a room for 2 nights. I came after work to check in and was frustrated to learn the room I booked was no longer an option. I was more frustrated with the front desk staff then I meant to be (with a bad work day still on my mind). The front desk worker was courtesy and didn't let my sour attitude get in the way of her duties. She offered me a better room option. Just wanted to acknowledge her kindness and patience. Thank you!

We got into greenbay early because of weather. They let us check in really early fast and staff where great. Room clean and nice and neat.
