Last week, I was in Grand Rapids for work training for the second week and stayed here again. I was just as impressed as the first week! The room, the service, the hospitality were all great! I was called by name and all my needs were met! The breakfast was just as good as the first week. Not only are there very tasty items but many healthy ones as well. The oatmeal with many toppings was great! There was plenty of fruit, fruit juices and other grains and nuts, etc. I am grateful again! Keep up the good work!
Last week, I was in Grand Rapids for training. I was put up at a different motel than the week before which is this one. I was there from Monday through Friday morning. I was so impressed with this motel. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The room was clean and in good shape. the cleaning staff did a great job meeting my needs. Nice clean hotel. Front desk was accommodating and friendly. Parking lot is pretty full on the weekends. We stayed for a week and our room was quiet, shower was good w decent water pressure, comfy/soft king bed and a separate sitting room w a 5 ft long sofa and a desk and dresser w a separate TV. Also had a 3 ft tall mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Daily hot breakfast, waffles etc and coffee, self serve.
