I just have to give “Amy” and “Nancy” their flowers! They were so helpful, the breakfast was fresh, and their smiles were contagious! 10/10 the best service we’ve ever experienced. Will be recommending and coming back soon!
First thing you need to know is that I am VERY picky about hotels and I couldn’t have been more impressed with Country Inn and Suites in Findlay! Clean rooms , everything worked, beds were comfortable, check in was quick,the hallways, elevator and lobby were clean and well taken care of. They serve a hot breakfast which was clean and tended to by a very nice , friendly and helpful lady named Amy. Very very nice place. We have family in Findlay and will be staying again.
Second time reaching out about Nancy the Breakfast Lady! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! We have had three BAD encounters with this very rude, disrespectful and evil women! She HATES doing her job, she HATES Kids, she HATES being nice and CONSTANTLY talks crap about people who leave the breakfast room, peoples kids and acts like she owns the Continental Breakfast area! The other lady is an absolute 10/10 and is so nice and kind and always bubbly but this is 3 out of 3 of our recent trips and she has been so evil! How dare you be a 9... read more
