Front desk, Laura left a lot to be desired. Arrived at 2:45 pm. Her 1st comment was, "I'm not sure if your rooms are ready." We were able to get in our rooms. Then since we booked the conference rooms for the following day, and had several items to set up and a ton of work to do, we were told by Christine the event planner, it was not nessisary to book the room for the night before she would see to it we would be able to get into the conference rooms by 5 pm and she would be there to help clean the room. Nice hotel, nice rooms, staff was polite and helpful....hats off to the staff running breakfast..helpful polite, waiting on biscuits at breakfast, staff brings them to my table when finished..highly recommended stay
