IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! TOOK FOREVER FOR SOMEONE TO EVEN COME TO THE FRONT DESK TO CHECK IN. STUFF IS LATING EVERYWHERE BECAUSE "THEY ARE RENOVATING". I FINALY GET CHECKED IN AND THEY GIVE ME A USED, DIRTY ROOM!!!!! THEN I GET "SORRY, NO REFUNDS" "SORRY, NO MANAGER ON DUTY!!!! WONT EVEN LET ME CHECK OUT UNTIL 11 IN THE MORNING! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER CHOICES IN ELKHART TO HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS TRASH! VIDEO IS OF THE ROOM UPON ARRIVAL.
Decent for a little hotel if you are trying to stay out of the way
This is a good place to stay for the money. They are doing some much needed repairs, so it appears the hotel is making progress. That said, there are many little things that show lack of attention to details.
Big thing for me is a clean room, and yes it was. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Only thing the water pressure was very low. We were on the third floor. Breakfast was good. Sausage was how I like it more on the crispy side thank you. They are working on up grades. Sure the wall paper in the hall was buckled in spots but it's clean. Staff was very friendly to. Yes I would stay here again. We were just passing through so only 1 night.
I was there for a ladies weekend. We were a very large group and this hotel was a complete disappointment from check in until departure. It was not worth the $166/night rate and was barley equal in quality to a red roof inn. it should not have been more than $69/night. When you walked into the lobby there are large rolls of carpet in front of the checkin desk and in the hallway leading back to the 1st floor rooms.
