There was a dog across the hall from us that didn't stop barking when it was left alone. Dogs and owners should have their own spots in hotels. The closest door for us to our room was not working from the outside so we had to walk to the next door when we wanted to get inside
First of all I don’t even know where to start. If I could rate this HOTEL 0 STARS I WOULD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. THEY ARE RACIST AND WILL RACIAL PROFILE YOU IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR. THIS WEEKEND WITH MY FAMILY ON FRIDAY WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A CELEBRATION OF A CHILD’S BIRTHDAY PARTY TURNED IN TO COMPLETE CHAOS AND WAS RUINED BY HOTEL STAFF ALONG WITH THE POLICE FOR NO REASON. Stayed a couple nights. Room was comfortable and was in a good location. Continental breakfast was ok.
Great place very clean, great staff and I really enjoyed the pool and the Hot Tub and it's convenient store around and right off the highway.
Shitty customer service no wonder they're rating is so low. Does not come close to country inn standards
