Mohammed is a very good attendant, calm cool and knowledgeable.
Every staff member thus far that I have met has been kind. Ash and Anif have been respectful, courteous and graceful. Housekeeping is on top of their duties and always asks if I need anything as I extend my stay. I had been a Manager in the hospitality industry for years, so I know my expectations and expectations overall from the customers lenses, and how I would train my staff on customer service, and this property has met those expectations!!!
