mold in bathrooms, a.c.'s are covered in dust, stains on the bedding. lots and lots of other issues
The pillows are just to small and very uncomfortable and they are flat. The ac vent is covered with dust, looks like the filter should be changed.
Excellent service. Room was very clean. We always use “Carlton” hotels.
