After being on the road for 5 hours, my husband, 4 children and I checked in. Upon entrance to the room we were met with a horrible smell. The air conditioning did not work on one half of the room, walls covered in some type of dried liquid, bed had human hair, food, different colored stains, a/c unit was open and the electrical wires hanging out (we have a toddler so this was not ideal), stains all on the window curtains, toilet seat fell off, peeled door frames..I could literally go on and on.
