We stayed here for two nights and the staff were amazing but the condition for the rooms were terrible we had cockroaches in our rooms and my daughter found a baby lizard in the bathroom. The price was fair and lots of dining options nearby but unfortunately we will not book this property again.
I dont even know where to begin. Travling with ym children thinking im going to get a peaceful and much needed relaxation form the road was an understatement. Whoever was next door to me had a party that lasted until 2am the morning. I had to call the front desk over 8 times. Each time I complained about the constant banging that could be heard downstairs and I was on the second floor. Receptionist even heard the noise from all the way upstairs. Horrible service. After several calls for two weeks, they did not answer until the night before the intended stay I was trying to cancel due to a family death. I was past their policy at that point. No sympathy. No quality service.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge a truly kind and caring individual I encountered during my work. I am part of the Tetra Tech/GEMA Program, where I help shelter individuals in hotels who have been impacted by the Helena disaster. As part of my responsibilities, I conduct and supervise check-ins, and I also meet regularly with hotel General Managers to perform hotel recons.
