The hotel is run down, the rooms aren’t clean, the towels had black marks from previous people, the shower pressure doesn’t exist. The hotel is covered in dirt and marks and smells highly of weed. Also not only was it $300 a night they hold an additional $150 on your account for up to a week. Not worth the stay and for the price you would think it would be nice. Felt gross staying there.
This hotel has had an obvious change of ownership and it's gone way downhill. The whole place is dark and dingy. Obvious streak marks on the mirror, dirty fingerprint smudges all over the place and an overall feeling of grime. They apparently tried to do some trim painting around the doors but, they didn't bother to tape anything off so, there are paint streaks all over the doors and walls. Ice Machine broke. Only option they gave was to go to convince store. I pâyed for 2,days. First morning The maid opened my door i was asleep and Was very startled. Pool was shut down. Both days i was there. Both my access cards quit working before check out time. On the coldest day. There was no hot water only Luke warm I complained at service desk. This place has a MAJOR bed bug infestation! Not even kidding, not even trying to bash the establishment. This place has a SEVERE BED BUG INFESTATION. ON ALL FLOORS! I moved 3 rooms, all which had bed bugs. The first room in which I discovered them, hasn’t even been properly treated. (102) They just made the room up like it was nothing. Room 102 is heavily infested. Particularly the bed closest to the bathroom.
