My stuff was stolen by the people who work there

The beds were comfy and my husband enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. I don't know why the fridge in the room was unplugged when we got there. Good thing the ice machine was working so we could still keep things cool. It was good for a one night stay & we'll probably be back next time we come to Augusta for Viral Pro.
ROACHES!! ROACHES!! ROACHES!! I saw that and and never checked in. Lady at the front desk was rude. They wanted to argue with me about getting my money back. Front desk lady tried to make it seem like I was lying about the roach so I walked her to it… she left it there. For $151 a night that’s unacceptable!!
