Wish I could stay with zero stars. Shitty customer service and ignores your called on purpose. All I wanted was to book a room and when I called back they refused to answer my calls.
This is one of the dirtiest hotels we have stayed in.... how do you get clean in a bathroom that is this disgusting. Won't stay here again. Don't recommend.
Kicked out over toilet paper and a dirty table. This stay fell apart due to poor staff judgment and lack of basic hospitality. On the morning of Jan 11, 2026, the breakfast area was filthy—dirty tables, food on the floor, and some kids walking around without shoes with no staff monitoring the area. I asked for a washcloth to clean my own table. Instead of addressing that directly, staff cleaned other tables first, leading to frustration on my part (which I acknowledge).
