This was a last minute stop, circumstances changed and we needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel ended up being a great pick. The location was great, parking lot felt safe, the lobby was clean and well decorated, the front desk person was friendly, we had booked through Priceline and the check in was flawless. If you get room 217 ask for a different room. If anyone gets on the treadmill in the fitness center in the room behind you will be very loud and have the walls shaking. It felt like a helicopter had landed on the roof. The front desk associate told us “sorry there’s nothing I can do about it until 10pm” when the fitness center closes.
AVOID THIS HOTEL – Dishonest and Incompetent Front Desk I booked my stay through Agoda and had a confirmed reservation. When I checked in, the hotel acknowledged the reservation and stated they would only place a hold on my card for incidentals—standard procedure. However, at checkout, I discovered they had charged me the full room rate again, on top of what I had already paid through Agoda. Nice hotel to stay in for the night. Everything was clean.
Passing through on a western bound road trip. The hot tub by the pool STILL appears to be broken. Seems to be an ongoing issue with other reviews. With that broken I had high hopes for the in room hot tub to be just as good. Water gets plenty hot, but there was no bubbles, not like you’d expect out of a hot tub. We’ve stayed in other rooms with whirlpools, and this didn’t do what I expected. You could barely feel the jets.
