monday night checked in..roo. was almost 80 degrees, air didn't work, no towels in the bathroom. was switch to a different room ,she felt real concern about the problem, and fixed it right away Tuesday night got back in the lock on the door was messed up,my fresh dinner got cold.waited 30mins to get in the room,told me they fix in the morning. but house keeping didn't report the lock messed up so they didn't clean the room.so the 4th time going to front desk from level 3...if I wanted to go outside my door had to be propped ... read more
RecommendedWe had a nice stay here. The staff are were so sweet and thoughtful. Wish we could of stayed a little bit longer. Will be back when we can.
Paid for room June 3 for three weeks. Final night hotel hosted group for a party night @ hotel. No social distancing. Lined up the staircase two people on each step. Talking loudly and chatting up the night staff. Complained twice, each time, young male night staffer said there was nothing he could do and he resumed interacting with the girls. Great experience. At first I was not impressed but, management and staff quickly changed my mind.
My mom and I alone with my son checked in and after 20 min of checking in, A maintenance worker used A master key and tried to open our door, thank goodness my mom had the indoor safety lock on bc it stopped him from entering. We called down to the front desk and first they said we must have called for maintenance and we didn’t. Then he admitted he was checking our room to see if it was clean even though he knew that was our room bc he was sitting at the front desk when we checked in! Room had a scent, dirty carpet, hot tub was cold the pool was univiting
Normally, we love this place but. . . This time the heating element is broken in the pool and hot-tub. :( The breakfast is AMAZING! !
Very nice people at the front desk. Rooms are big and their bathroom is one contained room instead of the separated sink I see at most hotels. The pillows are the best! Close to a lot of food and a movie theater in walking distance. Free fresh baked cookies at the front desk!
