called an HOUR before my arrival to make sure they had rooms available, I was told they did. I arrive an hour later and they had NO rooms available?? You sold out that quickly?? Maybe start a reservation when someone says they will be there in an hour? Great way to treat truck drivers ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
RecommendedWe had reservations for an overnight pool Birthday party at another hotel that wrongly advised us their pool was open. We changed our reservation to this hotel, with pool open and hot breakfast served, all done with respect to covid safety, and we had a great stay. Thank you to the kind, accommodating staff for saving the day!
What an AMAZING hotel. All the staff members are so kind, compassionate, helpful and wonderful. I loved my time and would recommend you stay at this hotel. This is and will be my first choice! The service all around is OUTSTANDING! Perfect 10! 5 out of 5 stars from my son and I!
Very condescending hotel staff. I was staying in a room by myself however I had dinner guest that stopped by for a couple of hours. 15 minutes before they were leaving I get a call from hotel staff demanding my visitors leave. Staff didn't even attempt to resolve the situation in a professional manner. There are no postings, signs, notifications from staff when checking in and the covid19 letter on the website does not say anything about no visitors allowed.
