I have been bringing my dog here for 7 years and our cat for 4 years. This place is amazing. They are always available and helpful with our beloved pets! There is no better place in South Florida. They love our pets just as much as we do!! Thank you!!
I have been taking my dog to Country Inn Pet Resort for a few years. For the past 3 visits, they have either over charged my credit card, double billed my credit card or charged me for something I didn't need ( a rabies tag. Sorry, we already have one and this was explained before we took our dog in today). When I called to discuss it with the owner, she now insists that I drive back to their clinic tomorrow to return the dog tag, that I should have never been charged for to begin with. My little puppy, Oliver LOVED his Summer at Country Inn Pet Resort! He is an almost 2-year-old shihpoo, so he has a lot of energy! I knew Oliver was always happy at camp. The best thing about camp was that his energy was used throughout the day and at night he would sleep in my arms cause he would be so exhausted! Every person at the Pet resort cares for each dog immensely. I would definitely recommend :)
