Actually ZERO Stars - Long-time County Inn & Suites customer. Since acquired by Radisson, horrible reservation service online/phone. Tried to book month in advance of my stay. Then tried to book directly with the hotel when reservation was not working. The woman did not know how to work the computer so wrote down my info and said the manager would call back to book.
