I have probably purchased ten or twenty thousand dollars in building material here this year alone. I have purchased at least twenty thousand in material from other places around town in the same period. I can say with absolute confidence, this place is the best in town. If you're serious about building something with the best material, this is the place. You can go to Ziggy's and get material that's a little cheaper, but you'll lose half to rot and bad quality lumber and suffer through their awful service. You can go to Low... read more

I ordered over $5,000 worth of lumber from these guys even though their prices were the same or higher than Lowe's, because I wanted to use a local business. Big mistake. It all looked like scrap pieces. We started a return pile and sorted through all of them, we ended up sending back about 30% of our 2X4's and the amazing thing is that we were actually being very generous with the pieces that we did end up keeping, a lot of them deserved to be in a scrap pile as well.
