POSTING FOR A FRIEND THAT CURRENTLY LIVES THERE!!!!! DO NOT rent from these apts. If I could give a 0 star I would. My child has had to go to the Dr. several times for bug bites and insect induced bites. We are very clean people. No food ever out. Nothing. The place is INFESTED with roaches and other bugs. Hope Goldie is the best one we've had.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would!!!!! Our construction company did work at this complex for 2 months. Odin Properties, the parent company, is refusing to pay over $10,000 in invoices for work that was completed and originally agreed upon. If they don't pay their vendors, I definitely would not expect them to take care of their tenants. Absolutely TERRIBLE apartment complex. Should probably be condemned by the state.
Before moving in my husband and I were nervous due to the previous management. But after learning that Hope had taken over and old management was gone , and seeing how great she’s doing , our worries went away. Hope goes above and beyond and puts her all into taking care of this property and the tenants. I’m amazed at all she has done especially knowing she’s doing it herself without an assistant. This has the worst management ever. Still haven't received my rent payment back! I paid for all of August. No key no response back from them after numerous phone calls and emails. Ended up having to go over to country hills then Hope acted like she didn't see my emails and calls. I told them I wanted a refund back on my money. Witch I still haven't received!
