DO NOT CONTACT OR APPLY! I scheduled a tour today for a 3 bed, 2 bath coming available November 14th. I talked to a REAL person on the phone about touring this apartment and he told me all about it, ALL LIES. My boyfriend and I took off work to tour the apartment for the girl in the leasing office to tell us they do NOT have an apartment coming available in November nor do they have any 2 bed, 1.5 bath at all which is what we were needing at minimum. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! TERRIBLE! We called the number here on Google to setup a tour for an apartment. I talked to a REAL person who described the unit in detail. But once we got there for the tour, the girl informed us that all of their online stuff is through a 3rd party company and they basically just make up whatever they want!!??! I took off work to tour this apartment AND IT WAS A SCAM! They have all my information now and I guess there is no getting that back. Awful experience. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. Their rental listings on their official website connected with Google ARE FAKE and from a 3rd party company that has no idea what is going on. I called the number through Google and talked to a real person about touring the specific apartment. I took off work to come tour this place and was immediately told they do not have this unit available upon arriving. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED. THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT TRUST WITH PERSONAL INFORMATION!
Terrible service/communication. Good luck at getting through to someone that can actually help when you need something. The new office manager, and all communication through customer service is terrible. Would of NEVER received this service when Hope was in the office. Hope was ON TOP of everything. POSTING FOR A FRIEND THAT CURRENTLY LIVES THERE!!!!! DO NOT rent from these apts. If I could give a 0 star I would. My child has had to go to the Dr. several times for bug bites and insect induced bites. We are very clean people. No food ever out. Nothing. The place is INFESTED with roaches and other bugs. Maintenance said they have asked companies to come and spray. It’s disgusting. And a freaking health violation. AC wouldn’t work. Put several work orders in. Nothing. Heat didn’t work for months.
