Do not rent here! Do not rent here! I have had no air for 2 months now because someone went around stealing relays of the outside units. It has been over 90 degrees. The management doesn't care about the tenants. The new manager Hope is unprofessional. The rent is outrageous for this time of treatment and neighborhood. The maintenance man they have half way fixes stuff or doesn't at all. Please everyone save your self the trouble.
I have lived here in country hills going on 3 years now and have to say I have seen more done since Hope came in and took over than I had seen the two years prior put togather. I have a beautiful apartment and feel so much safer since Hope came along and cleaned EVERYTHING up including the type of people that she is trying to build as a family here at country hills! Well, for starters, I just would like to say that Miss Hope has been a great person for the job. I don’t know her actual job title, but she is our “resident advisor” and she always meets me at the door with a smile. She’s very helpful. She always showed me mercy if I was ever wrong or if something inconvenient happened. She does her job to the T and has great customer service.
I'm Thomas McKinney I live in 705 and I love this apartment I have plenty of room the grounds outside or well took care of all my neighbors seem to be real nice the manager Hope Goldie is one great individual she has helped me a lot and I appreciate it and if there were six stars I would give you 6 stars but there's only five I hope to be here a long time again the manager Hope is a wonderful person thank you and have a wonderful day ❤️
