I lived here for one year and absolutely loved my time there. The only reason for the move was that I was looking for more affordable living and now make more than the income cap and cannot go back.I did have a few maintanance problems (which can happen anywhere), but every time I called and left a message with my problem, it was fixed within a couple hours, even if the office appeared to be closed during the day.
