I have used this store to deliver flowers for all kinds of events; every single time the results have been spectacular; only the highest quality of service together with the highest quality of flowers and plants . . . cannot beat that combination. Also, their store is such fun . . . gifts, cards, plants, flowers . . . a great place to poke. This is a spectacular business right here in Fargo/Moorhead. Well worth using and visiting.
Extremely disappointed in the dozen roses my husband sent me, thru Country Greenery. Only 5 of the dozen were in good shape. When my husband called to tell them, they told us to bring them in for a refund. Sorry but they were delivered for a reason. With two kids and two jobs, we don't have time to return something that was paid to be delivered. Will never be ordering from them again and very disappointed for spending the $75 in the first place.

We always stand behind our flowers. If you were not able to bring them in, for a replacement or a refund, we will deliver you new roses. It is unusual that they were not nice. I apologize for that. We use Freedom red roses and they are very long lasting normally. I understand when you have small children and could not return them. We do care and we are reliable. Twice I have gone there and asked to be anonymous and sending flowers and when the recipient of the flowers called they gave away my personal information including the credit card of how it was charged. They will disclose your personal information. Should keep the buyers identity a secret especially when we insist on it while placing the order in person. Happened to me today and now I have $75 down the drain and I need to discuss this with the owner

It is our policy to release the name of the sender of flowers to a concerned recipient if they call us. Although an anonymous bouquet may be sent in fun, we find it is almost always uncomfortable for the recipient. They then contact us for the name of the sender. I apologize if this wasn't made clear to you.
I absolutely love Country Greenery! Both Fargo & Moorhead locations have amazing customer service! They always go above and beyond to help me pick out or create the perfect arrangement for all occasions. I appreciate how talented and helpful they all are. Their flowers and plants seem to last longer than other stores.
