Don't move here please , They make you pay monthly parking fee (non existant in the contract) 10$/m . Even if you pay it , they will boot your car , to remove it you have to pay 85$ , even if you are a visitor, you stayed for 10 min , they won't give you a chance. They are police here every night.
I usually don’t look at reviews but the reviews on here are very accurate and I wished I wouldn’t have just jumped into the lease here. I don’t have anything to say about the management. However the owners definitely are slum Lords and should be put out of business, they need to update the apartments before charging high prices for them. Do something about roach problems. Manager never in office. Maintenance does not fix issues and just marks maintenance requests complete. No one answers office phone. Does not maintain property.
