When I first moved in (August, 2018), the property was maintained by CAM management. The property was clean; the tenants were classy, and even though some of the buildings had cockroach issues, management made an effort to be vigilant about getting rid of them. CAM no longer manages the property, in fact, ownership of the property has changed hands. The new owners hired RPM Living to manage the property.
