I've been here for 3 years. I have seen the property change owners, property managers coming and going. The new property manager is wonderful. For the first time, the phone is being answered, she replies to emails and keeps us informed. She actually cares about the tenants and it shows. We are currently down a maintenance man and she got someone here from another property to help. His name is Fransico. Super friendly and helpful. I would like for him to become our new maintenance. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Elena listened and answered all of my questions, she was so welcoming. If you are looking for an apartment in the Glendale area you have to check these out. Ask for Elena!
COCKROACH PROBLEMS!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!! I’m a resident here. They never answer the phones, they threaten to evict you after you sent them their money and they never wanna come fix anything. They say they come and knock on the door but I’ve been home every time for them to come at the scheduled time and they NEVER show up.
