Been here a few years and the lot rent goes up every year. Yellow notice almost once a week for stupid things. Told I have to get rid of the tote outside we used as an outdoor shelter for our cat, can't have our grill on our front cement by our trailer, told we have to put EVERYTHING that's outside in our shed. Our sons bike was on the back cement and we were giving a notice for that also. They complain non stop. Currently looking to move out of here it's not worth the hassel.
Lot rent keeps going up and I have folks behind me playing drums a lot.
