I have lived in County Estates for almost 2 years and love it! The location is near excellent shopping, outdoor activities, my clients; not to mention easy highway interchange access. I am especially pleased with on-site management; any problem with anything involving my apartment, and maintenance is also near.
This is absolutely a terrible place to live. Not only are the apartments, rundown leaky, and full of mold. They look for any excuse to tow your car out of the parking lot whether you live there or not , They will threaten legal action anytime They see something they don’t like instead of talking with you or trying to work with you at all. Now that I have moved out They are now trying to overstep their rights and charge me for an extra month of rent because they said I didn’t give written notice in time. This place sucks. Did a walk through of like 4 apartments. I asked TONS of questions (can i paint, smoking weed outside, parking, any amenities) i found one I liked, someone put a deposit down on it so I picked one they were fixing up. I came and brought my deposit early. They switch the office person I was working with to someone newer. She said the apartment I loved opened back up.
