Love this place! It's a quiet community and a quiet neighborhood. Everyone keeps to themselves and helps keep the complex clean. It is pet friendly and the rates are unbeatable ! Management is absolutely amazing ! I've lived here about 5 yrs and never plan to move out. Do wish appliances would be upgraded as they are from late 80s to late 90s. Other than that zero complaints. All my neighbors are amazing !
As a resident I am very pleased with this community. It's a nice quiet place. Good neighbors. Lovely grounds. The property had the lowest prices around, so the management has been doing larger than usual rent increases to get current tenants up to the current market rent, over an 18 month period, rather than all at once.Prior to this most increases were 20 or 25 dollars every 6 months. Most of the apartments rented over the last couple of years have new appliances, upgraded flooring, upgraded lighting,and freshly painted.
They raise the rent by $200 every month , or every six months. $100 is a lot , especially for these units that are outdated. When does the increase stop ? It has gone up every six months since we moved in and we've been here for several years ! It's getting ridiculous especially for the condition of the units. They haven't been updated since the early 2000s. 😕 it is a peaceful place to live , but expect a rent increase by $100 every six months. Be careful when signing your leases. I love this place. I've lived here for several years and love it. ❤️ It's quiet and every one is polite and keeps to themselves. The pool is kept clean and the kids play ground is pretty neat. They put up dog waste stations in a few spots , but some owners are still too lazy to pick up their dogs waste. We bought our own dog scooping device and usually end up cleaning others dogs mess up.
