Love this place. It is quiet and peaceful. They have new maintenance guys that are insanely good !!! The maintenance men are insanely kind and super friendly. While working in my unit a package arrived for me and they kindly set it inside for me !!! It was so kind of them ! Im grateful for all the updates and fixes. They text me to verify it is ok to enter my unit and schedule with me so that my dog can be elsewhere while they work. I am seriously impressed with this new maintenance crew. Never answer phone or was in office, no returned messages already moved somewhere else and its cheaper and nicer, they still haven't returned my calls

Extremely quiet community. The staff goes above and beyond and truly cares. Very grateful to be able to live here.
This place has gone down hill lately. We've been here 6 yrs plus and it was great the first 4 or 5. The last year or so they have lowered their standards and allowed people to move in that think it is ok to harass others. Doesn't matter if you report it because all they say is provide proof. When you do they still won't do anything and tell you to call the cops. Why is it a tenants responsibility to uphold other tenants to follow the rules ?
