Megan with maintenance is absolutely amazing ! She came out on a Sunday to fix the backstop to our waterheater that was leaking everywhere. She got it fixed super fast ! She was so friendly and so kind and she knew what she was talking about. Im still in awe of how fast she did everything too. Megan deserves a hefty raise for all her knowledge and how friendly she is. Maintenance workers with her knowledge and friendliness are rare and hard to find. A good raise is in order for her !!! Love this place. It is quiet and peaceful. They have new maintenance guys that are insanely good !!! The maintenance men are insanely kind and super friendly. While working in my unit a package arrived for me and they kindly set it inside for me !!! It was so kind of them ! Im grateful for all the updates and fixes. They text me to verify it is ok to enter my unit and schedule with me so that my dog can be elsewhere while they work. I am seriously impressed with this new maintenance crew. Never answer phone or was in office, no returned messages already moved somewhere else and its cheaper and nicer, they still haven't returned my calls

Extremely quiet community. The staff goes above and beyond and truly cares. Very grateful to be able to live here.
