My dog is a new patient transferring in from another clinic. I was able to get him seen for an issue with his eyes very quickly. This is important to us. Also, the vet tech was extremely polite and professional, and very good with our dog. The vet was prompt to see him, and was very pleasant when we discussed his issue. Overall, very impressed with the facility, the scheduling, the staff, and the Doctor. We will be transferring our entire fur family to Country Critters. Thank you!
Our (Australian Shepard) Maggie was very sick and needed a tumor removed. I called the office to get her in and they did so in a timely matter. Dr.Edelman examined her and scheduled her for surgery the following week. We APPRECIATE the timely matter that the Staff at Country Critters provided us along with the Daily Updates on Our beloved Maggie.
