If I could give no stars I would. The management here are rude, and unhelpful. At first my boyfriend found 4 mice then it became 7 ! There is not a crumb laying around anywhere, or dishes in the sink. He wasn’t even cooking anymore once he found them. The place is practically empty now we’ve moved almost everything out ! He’s been staying with me now since he’s gotten sick ! 7 mice and all he wants to do is get out of his lease which is up this year in September, and they are charging around 6,000 for that. 😒😒😒Would not recommend living here. Visitor parking is almost nonexistent, which becomes a huge inconvenience anytime family or friends come over. The water gets shut off way too often without proper notice, and the AC unit has constant issues and stops working when you need it most. Trash is also left sitting for days at times, making the area smell bad and look poorly maintained. Management does little to fix these ongoing problems. Definitely not worth the amount of rent being charged😡😡😡
This place is really bad to live .. starting with the staff that is not professional at all ... then the plumbing is a disaster living there for a year we had to request service more than 4 times and the air conditioning also stopped working and they are going to cut off your water several times .... But the most important thing of all and that no one explains to you there is that even if your contract ends and you leave two weeks before and go personally to the office and sign a paper that you have already left the apartmen... read more
