Paper thin walls (you can hear other people’s conversations and children being absolutely chaotic). During the summers we’d have to clean the exteriors because of the amount of webs and other substances that aren’t power washed or maintained. The insects are AWFUL. In winter weather, the lot is poorly plowed and has never been salted. You drive on clear roads then are caught Tokyo-drifting in the parking lot of the apartments. Very nice apartment my sister, was in.
Property Manager was extremely rude and lied on several accounts. Saw my cat sun bathing outside on the patio 2 days in a row before I went to work and accused me of animal neglect based off of 2 superficial sightings. Placed several complaints about a musk coming from garbage disposal and did nothing. Called and said I was moving out withing 45 days and had the audacity to say I didn't put in a notice to vacate and charged me for another month's rent. Do not recommend!
