Previously I hadn't gone to a dentist in 6+ years because my past experiences with the dentist scared me off from ever wanting to go back. Now I'm planning on routine appointments with you guys because it was such a great dental experience. I'm no longer afraid of getting my teeth taken care of. My teeth and gums thank you guys so much!
I have been seeing Dr. Konz for more than 10 years, and I've never felt uncomfortable at her office. She and her team make me want to go to the dentist, which is really commendable! I would encourage anyone to see Dr. Konz. She's the best dentist, in my experience!
Professional, caring, relaxing dental care! The hygienist is thoughtful and gives you information before each procedure with feedback. The warm neck pillow is a real treat. The office is clean and welcoming.
As usual, my 6 month cleaning was speedy and thorough, feeling like a spa experience with the warm neck pillow, candles and paraffin wax treatment for my hands. It was so wonderful that you could fit in repairing my chipped tooth. With a full time job and 2 small children I was worried about fitting in another appointment, so it was so nice that I could get it done right away, at the same visit and in 25 min no less! As always the staff was friendly and courteous.
The people that helped me showed a great deal of knowledge and were very very professional in there duties. This created an atmosphere of trust and a truly exceptional experience.
I am a long time patient of Dr. Konz and I am always extremely happy about how I am treated and cared for. The entire team makes one feel welcome and it's almost as if the patient becomes part of the dentist's extended family. I completely trust Dr. Konz' expertise and her know how, she truly cares about your smile plus considers what your budget can afford. Her team is genuinely dedicated and their friendlyness is never fake. We live in Wisconsin now but my twins and myself will continue to exclusively see her.
