Nice area , quiet. but the apartments is not worth the price, screws keep falling out the cabinets , drawers, also the paint is coming off . It’s crazy to be paying this much . The paint tile In the shower is coming off and it’s only been a year here. What really is crazy is how close the aparments are so you can hear everything. And I’ve been getting complaints about my apartment being noisy or whatever. What they want me to do whisper ? Not having get togethers? I have resided at the corner Place Apartments in Southfield for almost a year now. And I stand by my original review that this is a really good place to reside due to attentive management, beautiful landscaping and the peace and Tranquility that I need.
I have friends there nice apartments very clean.
Nice quit community...
Simone is very rude . I don’t like how she talks. She don’t need to work here if she don’t want too! That’s the energy she gives. No respect ! No morals
