He saved my furnace. Everyone said I needed a new one. He found a loose screw in the blower. He fixed it and saved my furnace. That was about 5 years ago. He’s one of the few true service guys.
Bill & Kelly are the nicest, most honest people you could meet! When I moved into a new home in 2019, the flue on top of the house was jammed up with snow, shutting the furnace off and bursting the pipes! Bill came over immediately and had everything up and running (including climbing on the roof to unstick the flue) in no time; along with insulating the pipes so it wouldn't happen again!
