I think it’s very unfair to accuse the staff of anything related to rent increases as they are not responsible for what upper management and owner decides nor should they know when the changes can be made. Also this is all state law and is not a personal attack on anyone person. For example Mark and Laurie think it is appropriate to state they don’t have updates in the apt but after 14 years you guys have a problem but you never stated this concern before on here? Also to call out hardworking staff after giving them 5 Stars ... read more

UPDATE: Unfortunately the current rent situation has caused me to change my review. I can not in good conscience keep a 5-star review when it does not accurately reflect what is currently taking place. My wife and I have now been here for almost 14 years. We have just received our notice of a $150.00 increase in rent, which is DOUBLED what our last increase was. Since 2021, we have been subjected to six rent increases. The first three increases were in the amounts of $45.00, $45.00, and $55.00. The next three increases were ... read more
