I currently live here and love it. The community is fairly peaceful and quiet and the grounds very well maintained. The ladies in the office are super nice and if there's ever a problem it is taken care of immediately. The maintenance dept. Is top notch as well and doesn't take forever in getting done what needs done. I moved here from another complex after being there for 5 years.I am Very glad I decided to move here.
Love living here! The staff is wonderful & helpful! Apartments are spacious, affordable and the location is great! The downside to living here is when it rains, our garage gets flooded and there is only 1 set of washer/ dryer per building (shared with 6 units). It’s not perfect but no apartment complex is.
My experience with Crosswinds has been one of the best rental experiences I’ve had! Travis is a friendly, efficient, reliable maintenance man and Kara is on top of things, willing to help and super knowledgeable! I would recommend Crosswinds to anyone looking for a central location and friendly neighbors in a safe neighborhood!
I love the park-like setting. Squirrels are always coming around looking for food :P And the amenities! Pool, hot tub, exercise facility...and privileges to the indoor pool at Citadel up the road!
I've lived at the heights now for a year and a half now and they have always been so great at attending to anything I've needed. The staff is amazing and friendly. I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a great place.
This is the worst apartment I've ever been in. Move in was a nightmare, they tried moving us into an apartment with a sub pump and wet walls carpet destroyed. With nowhere to go on move in day we had no other choice but to chose a more expensive apartment. Smoke in the apartment, and the hallways. Things constantly falling apart including but not limited to water heater, windows, toilets, drains, etc. Dissapointed in management and overall property. Will never recommend.
Maintenance guys are cool. Their dog policy is ridiculous, as well as their treatment of disabled veterans, and their accountability with management is near zero. Look somewhere else.
