The staff and security have bad attitudes.
Staff is super friendly & accommodating. If they are waiting for a part to come in to finish a maintenance job or need to reschedule they let me know right away (which I greatly appreciate). This place is cute & the grounds are maintained well. I feel safe here & I fully enjoy all of the VIP tickets to the Sharks, Giants & Niner games! They throw multiple community events throughout the year & I’ve had the chance to meet a lot of my neighbors there. Be careful not to put anything on the wall.
Management is unprofessional. You can’t leave on vacation for more than three days without risking a ticket placed on your car by the office. Many people who work in the office live on the property and rarely move their own cars, which feels unfair. Office staff who live in the apartments also use the laundry room after hours by accessing it with their keys, while regular residents are expected to strictly follow the posted rules.
