The staff does a lot for residents and puts on many events which has been wonderful
This place was the best! They always helped me out, were attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone looking to find a place in SJ. Bianca and Jasmine are the best. Let me give you at least 2 examples. 1) One time I had a flight in the early morning. Suddenly there was an urgent plumbing situation. Despite it being after 6pm they got a solution within 1hr and problems were solved. 2) One time I misplaced my keys and they opened my mailbox for me. Very noisy all day long
My wife and I lived in CCV for 4 years. We enjoyed our time living in the community and being close to our home neighborhood, Alum Rock Foothills. For the most part the staff was nice and courteous. Our only minor gripes were how slow maintenance staff was on answering requests (for Non- Emergencies). We had some major old and slow appliances. Our fridge, the plumbing in the bathroom and the constant mold issues were a problem. The windows are single pane, so this caused an issue with black mold growing if left unchecked. Ma... read more
