I got locked out of my balcony yesterday at the peak of the heat, and Brian came by to unlock my balcony; even offered to climb a ladder to help pick the lock if necessary. I spoke briefly to him, and I wanted to say how much I appreciate your diligence. Anyone that lives on the property knows Brian as he makes himself known with the good work he does and his friendly demeanor. This kind of customer obsession is the hallmark of great service. Amazing customer service and a beautiful well maintained property
Came by to see this property today and Neshia was so warm welcoming love her vibe<3…She was very transparent when I showed her my paystubs and I love that. I hope I get to move into this property I lOVE BOTH UNITS THAT WE TOURED VERY BEAUTIFUL!!!
I had the pleasure of Meeting Mrs.Neshia on the search for a perfect and affordable apartment for me and my daughter. Mrs.Neisha made me feel so comfortable letting me know everything Fairway at Towncenter had to offer! On my search for an apartment I had the pleasure of visiting The FairWay @ Town Center. I spoke with a young lady name Neshia (I hope I spelled her name correctly) Who gave me a tour of 2 different floor plans. Very nice. She told me of all the amenities that The Fairway’s complex has to offered, from valet trash, gym and pool area. I was also informed of the school’s and shopping that are in your area.
