Apartments are a complete scam, don’t tell you about the extra utilities you have to pay you’ll just get a bill in the mail within 30-60 days living here. Charge you for electric and you have to pay a separate electric bill (lights) company of you choice so your paying electric 2x a month. Hot water has down falls, you have to catch it at a certain time of the day to take a hot shower. I have two outstanding invoices with the Fairway at Bellevue. If you are a locator do "NOT" send here if you plan on getting paid for your referral. It has been a YEAR of going back and forth and I have not been paid. It is one excuse after another. You will actually need to pay to become a compliant vendor to not be paid by the Fairway at Bellevue.
