Okay place Needed a place to live and it was okay. Walls are thin. Neighbor noises, music, TV, door closing, toilet/shower noises, sliding closet door noises, children shouting, dogs barking and car alarms all can be heard constantly. Vinyl floors are cracked and Carpets in unit are brown dingy oily thin. Front office staff and help are helpful. Apartment is just right!!! Beautiful landscaped and immaculate apartments Nicer then the newer communities and $100 to $400 less. I love the clubhouse with the new fitness center and sauna, Big Screen Plasma TV. The best part is the service excellente'!!! Ya hBaby! PROS: CONS: Garages are not automatic, not a big deal though

Clean and comfortable I lived at country club manor for about a year. The appartments were clean, quiet (where I was anyway) and large. The appartments are just off sheridan road, but there are woods between them and the street. It creates a nice secluded effect even though you are right off a very busy road. The only real issue with is the price. We were paying 850 a month for a two bedroom, which is quite a bit in this area. PROS: Clean, quite and large CONS: Expensive
