We have lived at Country Club Lakes for over a year. Shout out to James Steele Maintenance Tech. He is Awesome! Whenever we have had a problem he has taken care of it immediately. His communication skills are excellent. Always friendly and professional.
Having been a resident for some years now, I have seen many maintenance technicians come and go, but now there’s a great crew. One maintenance tech by the name of Jim Steele especially is amazing. I do see Jim all the time and he’s always pleasantly smiling and asks me if everything is OK with me and my apartment. He goes up and beyond to make everything better for me. very nice place to live! staff and management team are so nice, always trying their best to help out, me and my family have been living for almost an year and it's been great!
I do not recommend anyone to live in Country Club Lakes while Tiffany is the manager of this condominium. She is authoritarian, she is absent, she is never present in the condominium, and she is never able to solve issues. She manages two units, one here in Coconut Creek and another near Miami. She is always absent and arrogant. We send her emails, and she never responds. I have been having an issue with my account since June 2024. I sent her several emails, but she never resolved it.
