Was excited to check out the neighborhood due to knowing a couple people who live in the neighborhood, was extremely disappointed when I called in and spoke with someone named Patricia who was very rude and unhelpful. Immediately changed my mind. Reached out to the people who live in the neighborhood and they said she's always rude and unhelpful with all situations they have. Cute neighborhood, case of bad new employees.

Tiffany and the new manager Islanda simply don't care about tenants, Oliver the maintenance manager doesn't care to do his job if you're not Spanish or Brazilian. We lived there 4 and a half years, the first 2 it was alright but after that work orders would be disregarded and close with nothing being done and the you would have to run them down to get it done.
