As trailer parks go, this one is kept clean and orderly, The main gripe I have is that it costs a far cry more than other places with no extra amenities. For what we pay here, there should be an awesome Park area for the kids and a pool. Nope. Just a very small play area and nothing else. There is a club house you can rent that is pretty good but that's it.
