In reading the review for country club circle apt s. That was a joke. People here at this property dont have nothing to say what they should do is look in their own back yard . People here are the one s that dont pay their rent or keep the patios clean. They let their children run wild and dont watch them they play their music so loud they have no respect for their neighbors.some people here like to live like pigs they dont even clean up aftter them selfs in the laundryrooms. This is the worse getto place I have ever lived ....this place has made me hate AZ
This place is amazing. I want to be the person who clears up the drama and unflattering comments below. The new manager/maintenance team is extremely qualified and caring. Sure, things go thru changes but when they come out for the better, its all good. Prescott people know the truth about the area and it is a great outdoor center with lots to do and easy to walk or bike too. Love it - vote YES for Country Club Circle from location alone!
I have lived at this propety for 2 1/2 years and although we have seen a couple of managers come and go, I dont feel that it is any different than most any other place. Any time you get a bunch of different people living in a complex, you get a lot of different living styles Some good, some bad! I really like living here and I do feel that my children are safe. I guess the only way to really know is to come see for yourself! As for me....Im happy!
Hello my name is robert I have lived in the country club circle apartments in Prescott AZ since August of 2009 and in the time I have been here I have seen three different managers and the main office manager by the name of jenny is a very rough person to talk to we are currently with out a manager again and rumor going around is that Builtmore int. will be loosing its contract to manage theses apartments and in so thats the main reason why I believe the quality of life here has changed so dramatically since these last revie... read more
Sorry rosebud even though your optimistic you couldnt get any more untrue about your post. The management sucks, move in ready means that someone just moved out 24 hours prior, no maintenance, and horrible tenants. Sorry I understand that rosebud might represent the establishment of these Apts. but the truth hurts renters beware stay away, check crime stats in this area if you dont want to take my word for it.
Country Club Circle Apartments is one of the worse places you can live. The management is always changing, we had two new managers within the year that I lived there. I wouldnt advise you raising your children there. Country Club Circle will rent to ANYBODY, even people who DONT have jobs. They even rent to ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS! Tenets there have nothing better to do than get into your personal business, and start nasty rumors about you. Tenets there are also very rude. They threaten people, and talk crap about people! NEVER EVER MOVE HERE!!!! Way to many drugs and Illegals!!
I moved here and I absolutely LOVE it! you must have been mistreated by the previous management, the new management is fantastic! they have helped take care of any issues I have had and been very pleasant I love the creek and beautiful green trees and grass it is the perfect peaceful environment for me and my children!
