At first I loved it. But it IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE PLEASE KNOW THAT... Also the walls and floors are thin and my upstairs neighbor stomps on her floor my ceiling day and night and management REFUSES to do anything. But I will say the amenities are great. I love the dog park except for the fact that some of the other tenants don't pick up after thier dogs and it's a stepping hazard. Love it here. It's by far one of the best places I lived in Las Vegas. It has everything. I feel so lucky to be a resident. Everyone is so nice and the office Jenny is the best helped me with everything. The amenities are great I love the dog park but the club house has events daily a beautiful pool putting green spa laundry facilities if you don't have in unit laundry they have a shuttle bus for outings lunches food bank deliveries for all residents. I cannot say enough positive remarks about Jason the maintenance man at Counyry club at Valley view apartments What a great job he does and always with a big smile You need more employees like him. He returned to my apartment to make sure all is working. Nice guy
