Great place to live Just renewed my lease. Love my apartment. Office staff is so nice and maintenance team are quick to respond. Neighbors are all very nice too.

Frigid winters, hot summers, bugs The landlord completely sealed off in-bedroom AC units years ago, so there is just 1 AC unit in the living room that is supposed to cool the entire apartment. It works poorly and the bedrooms are 80+ degrees all summer long. The AC doesn't turn on until mid may, so you must rely on opening windows for cool air but unfortunately the screens are old with huge holes so I have to kill 5-10 bugs per day. Lived here for almost two years Place has a huge bug problem. Issue has not been resolved. In constant need of repairs. No parking after 7 pm. Loud neighbors. Don't try sleeping past 9 am any day, its impossible. There is always trouble in the neighborhood, I see police twice a week. I use two area heaters during winter. Might as well be sleeping curbside, can't wait to move.
No hot water Again!!! Last night I had to wait until after 10:30 p.m. to take a shower because there was no hot water. I have to get up early in the morning to pay my rent which I do consistently you would think I would get some consistent hot water. And have asked him several times to get rid of whatever is crawling across the ceiling in the middle of the night.

Decent apartment/ problem area I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and the size is nice. It is a little dated and there have been a few issues that maintenance has corrected. Overall the apartment is fine, it is the area that is a little troublesome. There are always cops entering the surrounding apartments and there have been crime issues toward the front of the complex.
Country Club Apartments 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Near all transportations. Quick and easy access to major highways. Pet friendly. No pool or recreational facilities. Maintenance very courteous and helpful. Quiet neighborhood. Close to major shopping areas. Rents according to market prices.
