There is so much potential for this property. Buildings and property look like if they were kept up it would be a really nice place, but if the outside upkeep is an indication of how things are taken care of then the inside might not be that great. Landscaping is never done and super overgrown. Fences are falling down and windows are in poor shape. They also have shrubbery/trees that have grown through power lines which probably aren't great during all the thunderstorms we get.
BED BUGS, RUN!!!! The only reason I gave 1 star was to make this review. Over 10 years ago I was placed in apartment 217 which was infested with bed bugs. I had to throw away practically brand new furniture and most of my household items to make sure I didn’t transport any to my new residence. Honestly, that was one of the worst experiences of my life and I still don’t feel that I was treated fairly concerning that matter. Will not pay there bills. I'm Crimson Electric done work on there outside service. Never got payed.
At first the Management was okay it wasn't their best they barley came to fix stuff but through out the time it has gotten better and also by changing the staff has helped out , by what it is now has been the best work of them so far.
