Pros: -Quiet neighborhood -Near nice shopping centers & freeways -Not a lot of bugs (I've seen only a handful of spiders, roaches and nats) -Rent on the cheaper side -Friendly Staff -They maintain the gardening Cons: -No central a/c -No washer and dryers in units -Community washer constantly breaks and doesn't get fixed promptly -No on site property manager (Mon-Fri), making it extremely difficult when emergencies arise. -Outdated interior -No workout center -Dogs off leashes sometimes -No apartment porter -Dumpsters constan... read more

Been here since 2007. Nice and quiet. Cant think of anything to complain about!
