Exceptional service as always. Thankful for our new CC Crew. The apartment complex is a very comfortable place to call home. I would highly recommend it.
This is the worst management I’ve ever encountered!! Constantly battling roaches in a very clean unit, nonexistent management. The pool has been disgusting this year, feces in the bathrooms for WEEKS in June/July. We’ve had maintenance requests in for over half a year that haven’t even been looked at, even though we’ve talked to staff 10+ times. Not even exaggerating. Update: not long after I posted this review I received an email. They only communicate when they see negative reviews. Email attached. This place deserves 0 stars. I’ve reported serious issues — including someone approaching me asking to buy weed and beer, trash and beer bottles constantly left around Building B, and strong smells of urine and weed in the hallways — and management has done nothing. Edit: 8/1/25 — I still have a maintenance request from May 6th that hasn’t been looked at or fixed. I spoke to the office weeks ago—they said they’d schedule someone to resurface it, but I haven’t heard a word since. The car I mentioned on 6/27 is still sitting in the lot with a flat, taking up parking. Maintenance here is never timely and rarely follows Alabama tenant laws. Love the amount of green space . We are in one of the cottages which are nice and comfortable . Maintainance are very prompt . Just wish we had two baths !!! Rent is nominal !!!
