I lived in these apartments with my brother and let me say that it was bad, the management kept the first rent saying they didn’t receive it when it reflected out bank. And made us pay again. There is horrible hurricanes here, with things flying everywhere and trees falling. There is never a maintained guy available always unavailable for issues. I have been a resident here since 11/2024 and at the beginning everything was fine but now it has been pure hell. I have mold in my apartment , in the bathroom Area, my tub is unbalanced it's not safe to take a shower, it was mold in my ceiling, I end up getting pneumonia due to this . Thank God my kids did not get sick also my A/C continues to not work they will just patch it up and then within a month it's not working. These apartments are great… the management is always friendly and helpful to help each other and not mention the apartment are very supportive
