My partner and I moved here at the start of June and our experience has been amazing. Our property manager, Pearl, was so helpful and understanding during our move-in process. She has been incredibly responsive whenever we've needed anything as well. The maintenance team is fantastic and incredibly quick to try and help with whatever we need. I have lived at Country Club Villas since 2018. Pearl, the onsite manager, has been the best property manager I have ever had. She is kind, courtesy and caring. If we have ever had an issue with maintenance it has been taken care of promptly without the headaches and delays I have experienced in other apartments. I feel very fortunate to have Pearl as my apartment manager.
I have to say I couldn’t be more grateful to Pearl the property manager!!! She is AMAZING! She helped me time and again, is organized, and super on top of any maintenance needs. I am moving after living here for 8 years. Nice, quiet, friendly complex that I felt was run very well. The high ceilings and open floor plan make it feel large and warm. Clean and comfortable apartments with nice floor plans. Grounds are always immaculately maintained. Response to maintenance requests are always prompt and efficient. Property manager genuinely cares about the well-being of residents.
Hi, we just moved in and so I will update later, but so far the touring, leasing, and move in experience has been the best of any place that we have had. Pearl communicates so well and was very flexible with our move in circumstances. This apartment was also the cleanest an apartment has ever been upon move in.
