I will never purchase another used car from Country Chevrolet!!! I was sold a 2012 Yukon Denali which comes with air ride suspension. Had to replace tires within the first year( which they installed new when purchased) due to the air ride suspension not being operative. The fuse was removed and the air ride unplugged by Country. After arguing with the Service manager and told I would have to pay 1200.00 to have it fixed, they used my extended warranty to have it fixed. Stay away!!
Buying a car here a few years ago was a great decision. Not only was the car-buying experience a positive one, but the service department has taken such good care of us in the years that followed. Whether I am coming in for a routine oil change or an unexpected flat tire or anything in between, the entire service team is friendly, welcoming and they always go above and beyond. this was the best experience I have ever had with buying a car. A huge thank you to David who I absolutely felt comfortable with. Adam was also great and Brian made the paper signing a breeze. I will never shop any where else for a car. Everyone made me feel like we had been friends forever. David you are amazing and you'll be my go to guy and we'll be back to buy my husband a new truck soon. I will highly recommend Country Chevrolet to everybody I know. Thanks for making this a painless process and lots of laughter.
