poor service took my van in for a routine oil change.service tech did 4000.00 dollars damage to the underbody of my van,when he incorrectly set the arms on the jack before lifting my van.when i picked up my van,no one at the dealership told me about the damage.when i discovered the damages,i returned with a repair estimate.this turned out to be a bad experience,was informed the owners refused to pay for any damages that happened at their dealership.their service manager was very insulting.the whole experience sucked.i though... read more
