The vet tech, Becky, was beyond knowledgeable about raising a kitten and what care they immediately need. Not to mention she was funny and kind. Be careful...Countrycare Animal Complex charges you per DAY for boarding! They fail to mention this when you get information about boarding and book an overnight stay. Manager and staff did not care that we had a bad first experience. I’m just glad it was one night and no more! Not happy...
Dr. Strickfaden used an innovative technique to treat Ellie for residual symptoms of vestibular disease. Laser therapy worked wonders. Thank you to Dr. Strickfaden and all of the technicians who helped Ellie along the way!
I first visited Country Care yesterday with my bunny. Dr. Heintz and Shawn were extremely helpful and welcoming! They made me feel super comfortable and made it known that I could call any time with questions or concerns. I also appreciated the follow up call the next day just to ask how Zoey was doing. You can definitely tell they truly care about their patients. I will be taking my cats here in the future as well!
I recommend everything about this animal complex. They not only have traditional veterinarian care, they have an awesome alternative to the traditional. They have been there many times for my pets!

Country Care is exceptional in every way. They are integrative with their care and treatments which I love. My Yorkie, Venus, never shakes or gets stressed going there as they always are so attentive to her. She loves seeing everyone and appreciates the yummy treats.
