I know my dogs are safe and loved by all the staff. Their advice and suggestions on the best treatment for my dogs is varied and informative. I love that they can see my dogs on short notice and fees are competitive. I’m very pleased with the clinics ability to adapt to the pandemic and their new app that allows me to message the vet at anytime and request prescription refills.
Gus had an uneventful day with Dr Heinz and the staff. Gus came home after surgery and was very calm. Our overall experience with Country Care has been extremely positive.
Business response:
Thank you for the recommendation and the kind words, Penny. Gus is such a sweet boy, and we are grateful that you trust us with his care.
My puppy is now 6 months old. When we first got him at 8 weeks, we took him to a different vet that told me he was perfectly healthy. Something didn't seem right so I took him to Countrycare to get a second opinion. Dr. Strickfaden gave an honest diagnosis and that diagnosis is probably one the reasons my puppy is still here with us getting the proper treatment he needs. All of the staff are amazing and they've gained a customer for life. Hank loves his vet, and so do we!
Business response:
Katelynn, thank you so much for your kind words. We are grateful you listened to the gut instinct that told you something was wrong, and we are thankful you have chosen us to be part of your journey with Hank. Your sweet boy lucked out when he got you for his dog mom.
Brought my two dogs there a few days ago to get neutered. They were very compassionate towards me and my dogs! They called me throughout the day of the procedure to update me and inform me of things. My dogs stayed over night so they could oversee the healing process. And with it being the first full day they’re home, I even got another call from the clinic to make sure everything is going good and to see if I had any questions! Very satisfied with the work performed, the communication, and the clinic all around!
The staff has terrible communication with each other. Emergency appointments are filled with nonemergency appointments. I sat outside for over an hour after Becky said she'd have someone bring my puppy out. I had to call again, the Vet tech was never made aware I was there. My puppy still has an eye infection and it's now in the other eye. He's left with no care. No appointments available. Apparently eyes aren't an emergency to these people. My puppy can't open his right eye now. Called today and again spoke with Becky. She ... read more
very helpful and kind! they walked us through everything they did and explained it very well. i was nervous since this was our first visit and we couldn't go inside, but i can tell they were amazing with rhiley! we'll definitely be coming back when need be:) (he fell asleep the second we got home, in a pile with all of his siblings!) it was quite the adventure for him today.
Business response:
Thank you for the recommendation, Alyssa! We understand it is hard to let your baby go into the building without you. Thank you for trusting us, and we promise Rhiley got lots of love while he was here!
Everyone here has been AMAZING! The truly care about my dog and what’s best for him. They are honest and up front with options, ideas, etc and are easy to talk to. Humphrey is my entire world—and I know he’s in the best hands. It’s hard to find someone I trust with his special needs but Countrycare has been amazing. He gets so excited to see them too—so I know that behind the scenes he’s getting all the love and attention I would hope for.
The team of veterinarians and techs/assistants are absolutely phenomenal. They truly care for your pet as if it was on of their own. Always available for any questions you have and make sure when you leave that you are satisfied with the care from that day. Even though things didn't end so well on my side, I am grateful to have had Bella in the CCAC family for a brief amount of time. You ladies rock!! I miss you all!!
Business response:
Thank you for the recommendation, Brittany. We are glad you could feel the love and care we have for our patients and their families. Please give Bella a great big kiss from us!
We are 1st time bearded dragon owners. We had our first vet visit with Dr. Heintz and I cannot say enough about her and staff member, Carrie! We did a curbside visit due to Covid. They took Scales in while we waited in the car. While Scales was still in there, Dr. called and reviewed the visit with me over the phone. The staff was so nice, knowledgeable and made us feel really comfortable!
Business response:
Lisa, we are so pleased you were pleased! We were all in love with your baby beardie. Thank you for sharing Scales with us!
