I just called to ask Iif they had fish and chips on their menu. The girl that answered was like Fish and chips. We had to explain what this dish was. Then she started laughing and said This is not Snappers. Could here a coworker in the back laughing as well. Horrible presentation to a customer.

Unfortunately, since you ordered over-easy eggs and received them with runny whites, the problem was not in the kitchen but in simple miscommunication with your server.
