What would be awesome is a place for elderly folks thats away from the loud music and kids. Not complaining. Just would appreciate a nice cement area for the non party type. I put flowers out so it looks nice. Along the sub division. We would enjoy a place to sit and enjoy.
The apartments here are ok. They do not have a washer or dryer in apartments. But they do lane a laundry facility on location. It’s low income housing that comes with low income neighbors. It has its moments of police presence. But all in all it’s been a decent place for my daughter and kids…
Very poor management I've had my ceiling come in causing water damage that black hole was there 4 months before they even came out to seal it up. They came today at random pulled my toilet up for some reason & did not properly put it back together left my tub a muddy mess my ceiling is still on the same coat as it was 3 months ago Michelle still has not put any orders in to fix issues for my garbage disposal or my lights as well.
