Doug charged 128.72 to my credit card on August 16th 2016 for a new part. The part was not needed after all I returned to his shop the next day he told me No Problem I was not going to actually order the part until today anyhow. He took my card ran it thru a device on his phone and told me my money would be refunded in 24-48 hours pretty standered transaction at most places... As You can see folk's, I made an attempt to resolve the issue. The Customer Has not made an attempt to communicate with Me. We have did Our job. Out of almost 1600 Customers We have had a total of (3) Customers who have been unsatisfied. Not bad by My count. one was this Person who We can't figure out why a negative review was left. One was a Gent from Santa Fe who tried to threaten My well being and was told He would not like what is behind the counter. He has never came back and that does not bother Us.
